He has many years of experience in residential and commercial site management and this landfill is ran with "high standards" and "quality".
Nathan Pike

Nathan has worked with is dad since he was sixteen years old, learning the trade from the ground up. Nathan is definitely the mechanic behind keeping all the machinery running smoothly. You will likely find him servicing the machinery, operating the Track Hoe, running the back end of the business or loading materials around the landfill.
Jaime Pike

Jaime is hardly ever seen, she works behind the scenes with the books, invoicing and office management. She has a background in business management, customer service managing and account management. Feel free to reach out to any of us if you have questions about your account.
Matt Holmes
Matt has been a loyal employee of Pike Grading and still handles much of the landscaping, general land maintenance and tractor work around the farm/landfill. We like to refer to him as "Smiley" because he is always smiling and ready to lend a hand.
